This list of the tallest residential buildings in Dubai ranks buildings whose occupiable height is at least 90 percent devoted to residential use.

The tallest residential building in Dubai is 23 Marina which stands 395 m (1,296 ft), topped out in June, 2011.
 
Elite Residence topoped out in August, 2011 is the second tallest residential building while The Torch is the third tallest residential building, which stands 345 m (1,132 ft) with 80 floors, topped out in April,2011.

The fourth tallest residential building is Ocean Heights which stands at 310 m (1,017 ft) with 82 floors was completed in 2010.
 
Since 2005 there is a construction burst of residential towers in Dubai; many record-breaking residential towers are being built in Dubai, the tallest one is Pentominium, which upon completion in 2013 will become the world's tallest residential building.

It will be 516 m (1,693 ft) tall, only 312 meters shorter than Burj Khalifa.

Most of the residential buildings in Dubai are located in Dubai Marina. The tallest block in Dubai marina is the tallest block of skyscrapers in the world, the supertall skyscrapers, such as Pentominium, Princess Tower, Marina 101, 23 Marina, and The Torch, Damac Heights are being built on this block.

However the construction of Marina 106 has been halted due to Dubai's financial crisis, Marina 106 was expected to be 425 m (1,394 ft) tall.
